This solution optimized sales processes, automated workflows for business managers, and streamlined dealership onboarding. Customer service operations were enhanced through automated request handling and seamless integration with Amazon Connect, delivering a more efficient, responsive experience for both customers and service agents.
Angle Auto Finance encountered challenges in migrating data from their internal FIS system to Microsoft Dynamics 365. ITKnocks designed a robust data migration strategy to ensure data integrity, consistency and minimal downtime during the transition. Leveraging Azure Data Factory pipelines and custom SQL scripts, ITKnocks enabled a seamless and secure data transfer, mapping and transforming legacy data to align with the Dynamics 365 schema. This approach preserved critical historical records, improved data accessibility, and empowered a 360-degree view of customer interactions.
Another key challenge was synchronising critical data with Angle Auto Finance’s on-premises financial system (FIS), securing document storage, and managing electronic signatures. ITKnocks delivered an integrated solution using Microsoft Azure infrastructure to enable real-time data synchronisation across platforms. A secure document repository was established with encrypted access to sensitive files, and DocuSign was seamlessly integrated to support secure electronic signature management. This end-to-end solution streamlined data management, enhanced workflow automation, and strengthened security, creating a fully integrated digital ecosystem for Angle Auto Finance.
