Angle Auto Finance, one of Australia’s largest auto financiers, has recognized the need to modernize its sales and dealership onboarding processes. Angle Auto’s leadership understands that current processes and systems are not aligned with their vision for future growth. To achieve this transformation, they have partnered with ITKnocks to implement disconnected, outdated systems with a single, streamlined solution.

ITKnocks engaged with Angle Auto Finance to understand their business challenges due to disconnected systems with dispersed and duplicated data across multiple platforms. A thorough discovery process helped ITKnocks to gain insights into critical challenges, leading to the recommendation of a digital transformation. 

To address these issues, ITKnocks assisted Angle Auto Finance in the implementation of one unified solution built on Microsoft’s Business Applications by leveraging Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Journeys (Marketing) with a support of complex migration leveraging Azure Data Factory pipelines and integration services to synchronize the data based on Zero-Trust principles.  

ITKnocks worked closely with Angle Auto Finance to conduct a comprehensive discovery process aimed at identifying key pain points and uncovering the most impactful opportunities for improving their customer journey. Through a combination of in-depth interviews with internal teams and external users, along with interactive workshops, we gained a deep understanding of the challenges and priorities facing the business. 

At the conclusion of this phase, we delivered a detailed artifacts that outlined actionable insights and opportunities. These artifacts also included a prioritized list of potential solutions which helped them made an informed decision. 

Based on our discovery and findings workshops, ITKnocks proposed Angle Auto Finance’s digital transformation by implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Journeys (Marketing)), and Power Platform.

This project optimized Angle’s sales processes, automating workflows for business managers and streamlining dealership onboarding. Customer service was significantly enhanced with automated request handling and integration with Amazon Connect, creating a seamless experience for both agents and customers.

One of the pain points identified for Angle Auto Finance during the discovery workshops was the challenge of migrating data from their internal FIS system to Dynamics 365.

ITKnocks addressed this by designing a robust data migration strategy that ensured data integrity and minimized downtime. Leveraging Azure Data Factory pipelines and custom SQL scripts, we facilitated a seamless data transfer, carefully mapping and transforming the data to fit Dynamics 365’s schema.

This approach allowed Angle Auto Finance to retain critical historical data within the new system, enhancing accessibility and enabling a 360-degree view of customer information. The successful migration provided a solid foundation for Angle’s digital transformation, empowering their team with reliable, unified data to drive informed decisions and deliver an improved customer experience. 

Another challenge that ITKnocks identified for Angle Auto Finance was the need to synchronize critical data with their on-premises financial system (FIS), securely store and access classified documents, and manage secure electronic signatures. 

To address these needs, ITKnocks implemented an integrated solution that facilitated seamless data synchronization between Dynamics 365 and Angle's financial system by leveraging Azure infrastructure resources. This ensured that critical information was updated in real-time and consistently available across platforms. A secure document storage repository was established, allowing sensitive documents to be accessed through an encrypted, authenticated channel. For electronic signatures, DocuSign was integrated to enable a secure and efficient signing process, further enhancing workflow automation. 

This comprehensive solution provided Angle Auto Finance with a fully integrated, secure environment, streamlining data synchronization, document management, and digital signatures, and significantly improving operational efficiency and security.
