By simply describing in plain language the type of journey they want to create, they can leverage the power of Copilot’s generative AI to automatically build the journey for them. This feature makes it easier for users to achieve their marketing goals without needing extensive expertise, enabling them to accomplish more with fewer resources and less effort.
Navigate to the Journey tab and create a new journey. Do not skip the screen that appears. Provide a description of the journey you want to create, and then simply click the “Send” button.
Select the trigger or segment based on which you want to create your journey, and then click the “Submit” button.
Now, you will see the entire journey created with the specified trigger and actions.
The additional step you need to complete is for emails or text messages. Simply click on the corresponding action and select the specific email or message you want to send.
Now, click “Save” and “Publish” to finalize the journey. When the specified criteria are met, the journey will run and perform the defined actions. For example, it will send a welcome email to the contact once the journey successfully executes.
