Hybrid Job Description:
- Plan and oversee projects from ideation to completion in a hybrid onshore/offshore working model.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements whilst managing scope and quality across projects.
- Ensure project delivery adheres to industry best practices and standards.
- Good working knowledge of waterfall and agile scrum methodology is a must.
- Proactively communicate status and summarize the progress of the project including schedule conflict, cost overrun, risk assessment, new issues, and change requests to project stakeholders and executive management.
- Facilitate project meetings, including steering committees, status meetings, and project kick-off meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting on project financials.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Providing team members’ performance assessment to management after closing each project.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- Proven 6-8 years’ experience in project management in a software consultancy organization.
- Proven record of working in a hybrid model with a focus on project execution and end-to-end delivery.
- Ability to lead multiple project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion. Large-scale project delivery experience would be preferred.
- A strong understanding of formal project management methodologies is a must.
- Dynamics 365 CRM or any other CRM project delivery experience would be preferred.
- Project Management certifications PMP, PRINCE 2, Scrum Master etc. would be preferred.
- Proven record of directly managing project junior resources
