Your role:

As a Senior D365 Functional Consultant you capture, manage, and deliver project requirements, provide expertise and guidance on technology offerings, and guide customers through their delivery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & facilitate discovery workshops, document requirements, gaps analysis and solution design
  • Optimise business process design using MS Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop the solution on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct project showcases, trainings, assist in SIT & UAT
  • Lead end-to-end small project engagements in offshore/onshore working model
  • Ensure quality deliverables throughout the project delivery
  • Work with the Project Manager to define and plan project delivery, schedules and resource requirements
  • Participate in the presales process accessing the clients’ needs.

To achieve success, this role requires the following Competencies and Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years experience in delivering software solutions, specifically functional configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
  • Must have worked in Dynamics 365 CE modules – Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights
  • Excellent background in Dynamics 365 with multiple projects, especially in a complex multiple-system landscape
  • Strong experience in successfully leading consulting engagements that have produced positive and tangible business outcomes
  • Ability to develop, lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify problems and develop solutions using contemporary approaches.
  • A strong client focus and strength in taking ownership to monitor customer satisfaction while negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes proactively.
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and its interaction with other interfaced systems in a typical enterprise environment
  • Client focus and ownership to proactively ensure customer satisfaction
  • Able to lead/liaise with a team of consultants for end-to-end project delivery
  • Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform) are highly desirable
