This full-time hybrid role of Lead Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 is based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility to work from home. The Lead Functional Consultant will drive the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions by gathering business requirements, designing workflows, and configuring functionalities. The role involves closely consulting with clients to optimise business processes, providing guidance for system adoption, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders will be key to delivering impactful solutions.

🔧 Qualifications: 

  • Strong Business Process and Consulting skills with the ability to analyse and evaluate organisational needs
  • Experience in leading and conducting workshops.
  • Exceptional Communication and Analytical skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and derive actionable insights
  • Knowledge of Financial systems and processes to ensure compatibility with business objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative environment within teams
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus
