We are expanding our offshore delivery capabilities and are currently seeking a Senior Functional Business Central Consultant to join our Karachi team. You’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering Business Central solutions, working closely with our onshore consulting team in Sydney.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

  1. Lead and participate in requirement-gathering workshops to capture and analyse client business processes. 
  2. Translate business needs into functional specifications for configuration and development. 
  3. Configure and implement core Business Central modules: Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing, and Manufacturing. 
  4. Prepare fit-gap analyses and advise clients on best practices, process improvements, and solution options. 
  5. Collaborate with technical consultants for customisations, integrations, and reporting. 
  6. Develop test scenarios, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet client expectations. 
  7. Deliver end-user training and documentation for smooth adoption. 
  8. Provide post-go-live functional support and continuous improvement recommendations. 
  9. Mentor junior consultants in functional design and client-facing practices. 

✅ What You Bring:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations. 
  2. Proven expertise in configuring BC functional modules: Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing, and Manufacturing (highly preferred). 
  3. Strong understanding of accounting, supply chain, and operational processes. 
  4. Experience facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, and preparing functional specifications. 
  5. Ability to lead discussions with clients and translate requirements into system configurations. 
  6. Familiarity with data migration approaches and working with technical teams for integrations/customisations. 
  7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  8. Microsoft certifications in Business Central are highly regarded.
