Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 8-10 years experience, focusing on IT consulting. Preferably, candidates will have a background in delivering Dynamics 365 CRM or other CRM projects in a similar capacity. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in conducting workshops, understanding client needs, analyzing business processes, and translating requirements into actionable solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes and deliver value-added solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis efforts for IT consulting projects, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and prioritize business needs.
- Develop comprehensive business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, data model diagrams and training guides.
- Participate in solution design sessions and provide input on system architecture and configuration.
- Conduct project showcases, demos and training session.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate system integration testing SIT, user acceptance testing UAT and ensure that delivered solutions meet client expectations and business objectives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders on best practices in business analysis.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to IT consulting and CRM solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on business analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
