If you have 8-9 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and a proven track record of successful project delivery, we want you to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As a Principal Consultant for Dynamics 365, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our CRM projects to success. You will provide expert-level consultancy to our clients, lead project teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, combined with your leadership skills, will be instrumental in achieving our project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing strategic CRM solutions.
  2. Project Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, overseeing project delivery from initiation to completion.
  3. Solution Architecture: Design and architect Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  4. Customization and Configuration: Perform advanced customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM, including entity modelling, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
  5. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
  6. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on CRM implementations to ensure they meet project objectives and quality standards.
  7. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM features, technologies, and industry trends.
  8. Training and Documentation: Provide training to clients and internal teams and create comprehensive documentation.
  9. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM.
  10. Best Practices: Ensure compliance with best practices and methodologies in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 8-9 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, including implementation, customization, and configuration.
  3. Strong understanding of the Dynamics CRM module.
  4. Proficiency in CRM architecture, entity modelling, workflows, and plugins.
  5. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  6. Leadership and mentoring abilities.
  7. Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
  8. Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform is desirable.
