Job Summary:
As a Principal Consultant for Dynamics 365, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our CRM projects to success. You will provide expert-level consultancy to our clients, lead project teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, combined with your leadership skills, will be instrumental in achieving our project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing strategic CRM solutions.
- Project Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, overseeing project delivery from initiation to completion.
- Solution Architecture: Design and architect Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Customization and Configuration: Perform advanced customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM, including entity modelling, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on CRM implementations to ensure they meet project objectives and quality standards.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM features, technologies, and industry trends.
- Training and Documentation: Provide training to clients and internal teams and create comprehensive documentation.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Best Practices: Ensure compliance with best practices and methodologies in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8-9 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, including implementation, customization, and configuration.
- Strong understanding of the Dynamics CRM module.
- Proficiency in CRM architecture, entity modelling, workflows, and plugins.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform is desirable.
