Key Responsibilities:

  • Highly skilled in technical recruiting
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Monitor the HR department’s budget
  • Act as the point of contact regarding employees related matters
  • Manage referral bonus programs
  • Manage employee engagement and activities
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software including HRIS and ATS
  • Skilled in MS Excel and PPT
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates

Requirements and Skills:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with HRMS and ATS
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of employee legislation particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance
  • Sound knowledge of technical terms and the latest technologies
  • Solid communication skills
  • Bachelors in Human Resources Management or relevant field
